How can I register at dellavignafirenze.com?

Registration is free and will coincide with the first purchase. You will have to enter your data in the dedicated form. You will receive an email to the address indicated by you containing a link on which you must click to complete and confirm ownership of the email address. The registration will allow you to access the commercial offers and to purchase all the products on the site.

Where can I buy a Della Vigna product?

You can buy it on the site www.dellavignafirenze.com or through some dealers in some locations of the European Union.

Does the transport take place safely?

Yes. Della Vigna products are packed in cardboard boxes specially designed for shipping long-life packaged food products.

Which payment methods are accepted?

You can pay with all major credit cards and Pay Pal.

Can I order a product on the phone?

No. We prefer that orders take place in written form through the standard order forms found on the site.

How much are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs are shown in the Shipping table

Are my personal data safe?

Yes. Your personal data is protected by Della Vigna in application of Italian law and EU legislation on privacy.

I forgot the password. How can I recover it?

To recover the password simply click on “LOG IN” and select Forgot Password under the Password field. Once you have entered your email and clicked on Recover Password you will receive an email with a link to create a new password.

I placed an order but I was wrong to indicate the delivery address. How can I do?

You can send an email to ecommerce@dellavignafirenze.com to request the modification of the address or the cancellation of the order. If the order has not yet been sent, the change request will be accepted and we will send it to the correct address. In the event that your communication takes place after the shipment, we will handle the return and unfortunately charge you the cost of shipping.

Can I cancel an order placed?

Yes. It is possible but only and if the order has not been sent yet: contact us by email at ecommerce@dellavignafirenze.com. In case of cancellation, you will be reimbursed the full amount of the order.

Can I avail of the Right of Withdrawal?

Yes. Please give us an indication of the problems you have verified by email at ecommerce@dellavignafirenze.com within 14 days from the date of receipt of the good.

Once I've made a purchase, how can I verify that the transaction was successful?

For each order you will receive a confirmation email stating that your order has been correctly registered.

How long does the delivery take place?

Della Vigna sends its products to the countries of the European Union, the USA and Canada with the times and methods described in the Shipping table.

Is it possible to check the shipment status?

Yes, you can track the shipment from the moment the courier takes charge of the shipment, through the email you will receive with the tracking information.

What happens if a product ordered is no longer available?

In the event that an ordered product is not available we will notify you and refund you the amount paid as soon as possible.

I received a damaged product, how can I return it and be reimbursed?

If you receive one or more damaged products contact us by email at ecommerce@dellavignafirenze.com or by phone at the number +39 055 7450031.

From Monday to Friday from 9 A.M. to 1 P.M. and from 2 P.M. to 6 o report the problems verified. We will resolve them as soon as possible.

Can I receive an invoice for purchases made?

Yes. For every purchase made, a tax receipt will be issued if only the tax code and an invoice have been entered in case the company name of your company has been entered and the relative fiscal code and VAT number.
