To recover the password simply click on “LOG IN” and select Forgot Password under the Password field. Once you have entered your email and clicked on Recover Password you will receive an email with a link to create a new password.
You can send an email to email@example.com to request the modification of the address or the cancellation of the order. If the order has not yet been sent, the change request will be accepted and we will send it to the correct address. In the event that your communication takes place after the shipment, we will handle the return and unfortunately charge you the cost of shipping.
Yes. It is possible but only and if the order has not been sent yet: contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. In case of cancellation, you will be reimbursed the full amount of the order.

Yes, you can track the shipment from the moment the courier takes charge of the shipment, through the email you will receive with the tracking information.
In the event that an ordered product is not available we will notify you and refund you the amount paid as soon as possible.
