We are a boutique atelier specializing in the research and recreation of recipes and food products typical of the Italian tradition. We have a keen eye on food innovation and therefore remain contemporary, while simultaneously respecting the deeply-rooted values of Tuscan cuisine.
As a result of continuous research and planning, we have identified a select few types of pastas, extra virgin olive oil, sauces and ‘biscotti’ of the highest quality. Boutique foods made exclusively in Tuscany and Italy, primarily from organic raw materials.
